By submitting content (including but not limited to brochures, planning guides, press releases, or business profiles) to HomeElevators.com, you represent and warrant that you have the rights and permissions to do so. Submitted content may be made publicly available on the Site. We reserve the right to review, edit, refuse, or remove any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
3. Payments and Fees
Certain services offered through HomeElevators.com, such as business profile listings, brochure uploads, planning guide submissions or press releases, require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal, and you are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are final and non-refundable once a submission is posted or published.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site or engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

The AI Assistant is for informational and educational purposes only and does not provide professional, engineering, legal, or safety advice. Responses are automatically generated and may not always reflect the most current standards, codes, or regulations.
By using the AI Assistant, you agree that all information provided is used at your own discretion and that HomeElevators.com, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for any actions taken based on these responses. Users should always verify details with a licensed elevator professional or local authority before making decisions involving installation, construction, or safety.
Chat interactions may be logged or reviewed for quality assurance and improvement purposes, but personal information is not collected or shared beyond standard analytics and email systems used for site operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
